Patent attorneys can also handle foreign IP matters of Japanese clients as well as handling Japanese IP matters of foreign clients.
Since the establishment of the Tokai Branch (JPAA Tokai) in 1996, JPAA Tokai has been handling many local activities such as lecture presentations for local IP users, and educating and connecting members of the local IP legal community.
The JPAA Tokai also promotes interactions with foreign IP organizations in various places which have a connection with the Tokai Area.
The JPAA Tokai welcomes foreign IP experts to exchange IP information, and hopes to establish meaningful relationships with the IP experts.
